This unique bandsaw tension gauge uses a pair of rare earth magnets that easily and quickly attach to your bandsaw blade. Its central fulcrum deflects the blade a precise amount. When the blade reaches proper tension (15,000 psi), one of the magnets detaches from the blade. Use it to accurately tension carbon steel blades from 1/4” up to 3/4” on bandsaws with 6” or greater depth of cut.
